21 Days of Abundance Meditation

Note, the May 4th group is now closed. If you would like me to lead another 21 day meditation series, comment below. If I have a group of 20 people, I’ll do it.  


I have been participating in Deepak Chopra’s 21 days of Abundance Meditation Program with a group just like this one! I am loving the daily structured tasks and meditation. It’s now my turn to create my own abundance group and here we are! I am delighted to be facilitating this beautiful work for our group.
The exercises are powerful, and Deepak breaks them down to absolute simplicity. 
The intention of this program is to support you in cultivating the habit of abundance. It is intentional and powerful. 
I am a loving conduit of information and intentions as prescribed by Deepak Chopra’s program. The tasks are shared exactly as provided by the program. We are here as a collective to get to know ourselves better, change and clarify beliefs, attitudes and patterns.
We will work together to open the flow of abundance by committing to a 21 day practice. As you may already know, studies show that it takes 21 days to form a new habit.

5 minutes of listening 

10 minutes of guided meditation 

15 minutes to complete the task of the day

all done at a convenient time for you each day 
Participating in this practice will also support you in realizing your blocks, fears and limiting beliefs in the area of abundance. As we realize these blocks, we can then actively work to heal them by opening up to an infinite source of abundance.
The program will start this Monday May 4. I will post the practice each evening in the group for you to complete the following day. 
Here are the detailed instructions for the group and our journey together…
IMPORTANT: Please do not write comments in the group. So as not to lose sight of the practice and meditation, if you have any questions, message me directly in a private message here in WhatsApp.  


This meditation is 21 days. Monday May 4 is Day 1. 

The deadline to complete each day is midnight in your respective time zone. All tasks I will lay out the day before before 9pm ET. 

If in the task you need to write something, write by hand, with a pen or pencil on paper.  It is desirable to have a separate notebook.

Before you write, come to a calm state.  Using slow deep breathing or meditation. I recommend completing the task after the doing the daily meditation. 

Please send questions in private message in WhatsApp to me. No need to leave comments or “thanks” in the group.

Be focused on the daily task, allocate time and space for it.

 If you can no longer participate, or keep the rhythm of the program, please remove yourself from the group.  Make this decision on your own. Please know that if at any time this doesn’t vibe with you, simply remove yourself from the group. No judgement whatsoever and no explanation needed. 

After completing the daily task, please post the completion statement in the group. For example “Day 0 Done”. This is a confirmation for all of us that you are complete for the day. There will be days in which I will ask you to leave other comments.

If the task is not completed within a day, please leave the group. 

Every day there will be a task, affirmation of the day, an audio file with an explanation and a Deepak Chopra meditation.

If you have questions, please do not write them here. Instead please send to me by personal message here in WhatsApp. 
This group is only for meditations, tasks and group energy concentration.
This process is an opportunity to learn how to allocate time for yourself every day.  Have an awesome adventure! 
If you read all the rules and agree to follow them, please comment “Day 0 done”. This means that we are on the same wavelength and that you want to participate. 
Again, if you choose not to participate, for whatever reason, simply remove yourself from this group. Nobody will judge.
