Reaching your Goal CAN be Simple if you follow these steps

I know anyone who reads this message can experience exponential growth in their health, wealth and joy this year.

.

For the doers: Willpower and discipline are useful yes. However, they belong to the conscious mind, which is the part of the brain that is easily distracted (every 8 to 10 seconds). So they are necessary, but only one part. 

.

For the dreamers: Dreaming, diffusing and mantras are very important, but without intentional action, they won’t move you forward.

True transformation and change in our health, in love, in our finances, comes from re-programming our unconscious mind. How do we do that? 

Everything begins with a Thought, the Thought inspires an Emotion. That Emotion pushes you into Action or Inaction, and that Action/Inaction produces a result.

Here’s the catch, when we are in our comfort zone, our thoughts and emotions are generally pleasant, however there’s a quiet little voice calling, asking you to expand and grow. 

When we start to follow the quiet voice, the reticular activating system in our brain puts on the BRAKES. How? In the form of negative thoughts, anxious emotions, and inaction or self-sabotaging action.

.

When I am expanding towards a new goal (as I am right now) I EXPECT to have negative thoughts, and anxious emotions to arise. I EXPECT to pick fights with my partner for no reason. I EXPECT to feel insecure, and critical. 

.

Which is why – when I am consciously choosing a new goal – I become EXTRA diligent with my #essentialrituals which help me:

.

Question my thoughts – “is this actually true?”

.

Lovingly accept, feel and release my emotions “I love and accept myself and this moment”

.

and then take inspired action: Set and timer for 1-10 sacred hours dedicated to that goal daily (I allow myself to be flexible).

HOWEVER

.

In order to BE ABLE to work effectively with my thoughts, emotions and actions, my daily #essentialrituals are NON-NEGOTIABLE. 

.

People say: “Is it really productive to journal and meditate daily”.

.

YES. Yes it is. Because everything I do in the following 24 hours will be better. 

.

My current essential rituals (non-negotiable mindset training vows)

– Use oils topically, internally, aromatically

– Journal 1-2 pages to get the “gunk” out of my head (if you were to read these, you would alert my fiancé that he was about to marry a very disturbed psychopath :D)

It takes:

21 days creates a new neural pathway.

6 months of repetition expands your comfort zone

1 year of repetition creates life changing habits

7 years of repetition creates Mastery, a New Neuro identity.

Keep going. Seven years is going to happen before you know it. You WILL master SOMETHING with your thoughts, emotions, and actions. You decide if you are mastering the art of being unhappy, judgmental, and arguing about how you are a victim? Or will you master being joyful, curious, and arguing for how you create your circumstances?
