My team and I provide morning, lunchtime and after work yoga for 45 or 60 minutes. We also offer movement or meditation breaks of 10 to 30 minutes.

If you’re here, it means that you are in the midst of a loss. Or perhaps the loss was years ago, but at times the pain is as hot a searing as though it just happened. That’s one of the strange things about deep loss, it’s outside time and space. It’s also permanent. No matter what happens, you are still, and will always be the person who lost their mother, father, child, pet, job, identity, freedom, physical or mental functionality, marriage, hometown, independence and more.

If your life has shattered into a million little pieces, I can be here with you. Meeting you where you’re at, as you meet your grief. Accompanying you as you adapt to this new environment where nothing is as it was. I share my experiences and the experiences of my clients navigating the post-loss world.

Your Body is Enough

Our journey of uncovering a sane, nourishing relationship with our body and food is similar. So much gunk has gotten stuck in a big knot of societal messages, self-protection techniques, a billion dollar diet industry, a cultural paradigm and our relationship to life. It’s at the same time incredibly simple and difficult to discover all the factors that relate to what’s on our plate (or what we are taking directly out of the cupboard and putting into our mouths.)

I work with adults and teens in this domain and use my toolbox.
