From exotic beaches to lunch and learns, Jennifer will bring you and your team on a retreat where you can completely unplug and learn simple tools to get grounded and experience how to live the highest potential for your life. Her unique and accessible getaways in collaboration with Breethe are loved by all, whether they be professionals enjoying a weekend getaway in the countryside, inter-city school teachers learning how to teach mindfulness to their students, or first time meditators hiking the Peruvian Andes. Even a simple 90 minute corporate workshop can help stress, burn-out and performance anxiety melt away. Join Jen on her adventure, whether it’s to a new country or into the centre of your own heart.

Dive deeper into your exploration of yoga, meditation and your own heart with the immersive experience of a retreat. In collaboration with Breethe, our retreats include a sunrise meditation, a strong yoga flow in the morning and a more relaxed yoga practiced in the afternoon. Three nourishing meals are included as well as special local experiences.

Fly into Managua and then to the charming town of Granada for one night, our opening night is on a private island in Lake Nicaragua, then we are off to Tola Beach. Once almost inaccessible and totally wild, the Tola beaches are slowly coming to life. They still retain some of that lost-paradise feel, with top-notch surf and happy vibes, and the pace of life is speeding up, due to new roads going in and new hotels in the area. This will be the perfect place to disconnect from the fast-paced lives we all live and connect with our breath and our practice. We hope you will love the beautiful scenery, the serene nature and the wonderful people of Nicaragua.

WORKSHOPS

Meeting Grief

Together we use the philosophy and practice of yoga to meet and dispel the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental symptoms of grief. We also create a process and practice for navigating life after a major loss.
This workshop can be practiced in 4 hours, a full day or weekend.

    90 minute workshop

    Includes brief intro to grief and the yoga and meditation practice. Students receive a digital download of the sadhana so they always have access to the tool.

  • Meeting Grief Workshop
    3 hour workshop (with a 15 minute snack break)

    This workshop provides the basic intro to grief and loss and allows participants to explore the powerful practice of mirroring and presencing in pairs. The physical practice is taught in more depth. Students receive a digital download of the sadna so they always have access to the tool.

This workshop goes deeper into understanding and processing grief and loss in order to embrace a new reality after loss, as well as have tools to dispel the difficult emotions associated with grief. Also, introduces the practice and community of the dinner part.

WORKSHOPS

Mindfulness for Eating Disorders
(children, teens and adults)

This workshop has been used as complementary care for teens hospitalized for eating disorders at the Montreal Children’s hospital. This workshop series teaches tools to bring participants into their parasympathetic nervous system. We also explore the foundation of compulsive behaviour, connection and body image in today’s society.

This workshop can be practiced in 4 hours, a full day a weekend or 5 weekly sessions of 90 minutes each.

Yoga for Conflict Resolution

Drawing on the practice of yoga, meditation and non-violent communication, this workshop helps equip people in pressure situations learn the skills to communicate in a way that facilitates collaboration and respect.

This workshop can be practiced in 4 hours, a full day a weekend or 5 weekly sessions of 90 minutes each.
